In the log I see message that channels have been l Downloaded Kodi on my Windows 10 PC, clicked on TV, installed a PVR back-end (Media portal) and got a message in the corner saying "PVR manager is starting up: 0%" and then it just stayed there at 0%. Waited a few minutes but still at zero. Clear cac. The TVHeadEnd server seems to be fine. Still the same issue though. My understanding is that nightly builds do not meet this requirement even if I knew how to obtain them. So by the sound of it you need to either delay starting kodi until your backend is up and running (which could be done by changing line 2 of the script) or start kodi with pvr disabled.
